Information We Collect

When you use Mail Repeat, we collect the following information:

Google User Data:

To identify you and personalize your experience, Mail Repeat accesses limited data from your Google account (Gmail) only during the sign-up process. This includes:

• Your Name: Used to personalize your account and communications.
• Your Email Address: Used as your unique identifier for logging in and for sending scheduled messages on your behalf.
• Your Profile Photo (Optional): If provided by Google, your profile photo may be displayed within the Mail Repeat interface for personalization.

User-Provided Email Content:

• Email Subject and Body: You directly enter the content of the emails you wish to schedule into the Mail Repeat website.
• Recipient Email Addresses: You directly provide the email addresses of the recipients for your scheduled emails.
• Scheduled Email Settings: Details about your scheduled emails, such as frequency, start and end dates, and any specific sending conditions you set.

How We Use Your Information

Mail Repeat uses the information we collect solely for the following purposes:

• To Identify and Authenticate You: Your Google name and email address are used to identify you as a unique user and allow you to log in to Mail Repeat.
• To Personalize Your Experience: Your name and optional photo may be used to personalize your Mail Repeat interface.
• To Send Scheduled Emails on Your Behalf: The email body, subject, recipient addresses, and your Google email address (as the sender) are used to create, manage, and send the recurring emails you schedule through our service.
• To Manage Your Scheduled Emails: We use your scheduled email content and settings to display them within the Mail Repeat interface, allow you to modify or delete them, and track their sending status.

Mail Repeat will NEVER:

• Sell or share any of your personal data, including your Google user data or your email content, with third parties.
• Use your data for advertising purposes.
• Mine your email content for any purpose other than providing the Mail Repeat service.
• Transfer your Google user data to others unless necessary to provide or improve user-facing features of Mail Repeat, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Data Security and Retention

• Encryption: Your scheduled emails and associated data are fully encrypted at rest (when stored on our servers) to protect their confidentiality.
• Automated Processing: All messages are processed in an automated fashion. No human intervention is involved in reading or analyzing the content of your emails.
• Data Deletion: Your scheduled emails and associated data are permanently deleted once the schedule is complete (e.g., after the last scheduled email has been sent, or if you delete the schedule). We do not retain copies of your emails beyond what is necessary for the active scheduling period.
• Sensitive Information Advisory: While we make commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard your scheduled emails, we strongly recommend against including any sensitive information (e.g., financial details, health information, passwords) in messages managed by Mail Repeat for your protection and ours.

Data Access and Control

You have control over your data within Mail Repeat:

• Accessing Your Data: You can view and manage your scheduled emails and associated settings directly within the Mail Repeat application.
• Deleting Your Data: You can delete individual scheduled emails or your entire Mail Repeat account at any time. Deleting your account will result in the permanent deletion of all associated data.
• Revoking Permissions: You can revoke Mail Repeat's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account security settings. Please note that revoking permissions will prevent Mail Repeat from sending any further scheduled emails.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of Mail Repeat after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
